Recently, multiple techs from multiple companies reported an error while logging in to the iPad.

The error read "Cannot connect to the network"

This is not a Network Connection Error, if you ask the customer he/she will still be able to connect to the Internet using other Apps.

The only thing needs to be done here is. Ask the customer to Install the latest version of SmartServ App on the iPad (Make sure you share the link again with the customer to avoid confusion between old and new links)

This has worked 100% for all those who reported the error.
