1. Search for the customer and click on the “Edit Option” on the billing customer.


  1. Once inside the selected Service Location, browse to the bottom of the page and click on the “Invoices” tab. 



  1. Click on Invoices to view all invoices associated with the Service Location.


  1. You have option to filter the invoices by Job Types, Invoice Status, Payment Status, Created by (Technician) and Invoice Date.



  1. Upon filtering the invoices you will get all the information about the respective invoices as a snippet.



Invoices will show the Invoice Date and number, Job type and individual who created the invoice, Invoice amount including taxes, Total invoices amount, Invoice Status (Open, voided, Completed), Payment Status (Open or Complete) and also an option to Download the Invoice.
