You can add time off for technicians by going to '+Add Time Off' under Scheduler.  

Time Off's can be of two different types as mentioned below:
I) Single occurrence time off.
II) Periodic time off. (Occurring on certain days of every week on certain time) 



I) Single occurrence time off.

1. Click on “+ Add Time Off” button.

2. Select the technician (you can select multiple technicians as well), the Start/End time for the time off, Add notes related to that time off. 

3. Click on “Add” button.



I) Periodic time off.

1. Click on “+ Add Time Off” button.

2. Select the technician (you can select multiple technicians as well).

3. Select the start time and end time. The difference between the start date and end date needs to be at-least 1 day so that you can repeat the time off.

3. Click on “Repeat this Time Off” button and you will see the days of week, just click next to days on which you want to repeat the particular time off.

3. Click on “Add” button.



Note : If the start date of time off is updated to future date then automatically end date will get updated.

              If the start time of time off is updated to future time then automatically end time will get updated. 

Time offs are denoted by a red color.
