Ticket color will change on the scheduler to denote the job status. On the right hand side, the shows the color coding available.
An "open" ticket will be shown in a
(light blue) block.
A ticket that is "rescheduled" by a dispatcher or technician from the iPad, will be a
(purple) block.
A ticket that is marked as “complete” by a dispatcher or technician from the iPad, will be a
green block.
If a technician or dispatcher changes the status of the ticket to "Working" it will be shown in
yellow block.
- Tickets which are scheduled as Service Agreement job will have a red circle on left bottom
.
Tickets cancelled either by dispatcher or by Technician will be blocked in
(light red) colour.
All unassigned tickets will remain grey at the bottom of the scheduler screen.
Note : The scheduler needs to be refreshed in order to see the latest update done from the field or other dispatchers.
