Ticket color will change on the scheduler to denote the job status. On the right hand side, the shows the color coding available.
An "open" ticket will be shown in a (light blue) block.
A ticket that is "rescheduled" by a dispatcher or technician from the iPad, will be a (purple) block.
A ticket that is marked as “complete” by a dispatcher or technician from the iPad, will be a green block.
If a technician or dispatcher changes the status of the ticket to "Working" it will be shown inyellow block.
- Tickets which are scheduled as Service Agreement job will have a red circle on left bottom.
Tickets cancelled either by dispatcher or by Technician will be blocked in (light red) colour.
All unassigned tickets will remain grey at the bottom of the scheduler screen.
Note : The scheduler needs to be refreshed in order to see the latest update done from the field or other dispatchers.
