Ticket colors will change on the scheduler to denote the job status. On the right hand side, the “I” shows the color coding available.
An open ticket will be a light blue block
A ticket that has been rescheduled by a dispatcher or technician from the iPad, will be a purple block
A ticket that has been marked as “complete” by a dispatcher or technician from the iPad, will be a green block
A dispatched job will be in a yellow block
A job on hold will be red
All unassigned tickets will remain grey at the bottom of the scheduler screen
