Ticket colors will change on the scheduler to denote the job status. On the right hand side, the “I” shows the color coding available. 

  • An open ticket will be a light blue block

  • A ticket that has been rescheduled by a dispatcher or technician from the iPad, will be a purple block

  • A ticket that has been marked as “complete” by a dispatcher or technician from the iPad, will be a green block

  • A dispatched job will be in a yellow block

  • A job on hold will be red

  • All unassigned tickets will remain grey at the bottom of the scheduler screen
