The SMS Template feature can be accessed from the settings. The steps after you login to the web app are Settings>> SMS Template.
In the SMS Template tab, you have the option of customising the text sent out to your customers when a technician is dispatched for a job.
The SMS template that you save here, will be the one our software reads and sends out instead of our pre-defined template from the iPad. You can find an example below :
