SmartServ provides pre-defined email templates. The user has the ability to edit them according to your preferences. The following mentioned steps shall demonstrate the usage of the Email template:
1. Navigate to Settings -> Email Template tab
2. In the Email Template tab, you have the option of customizing the email sent out to your customers when a technician has been dispatched for a job.
