VIEW EQUIPMENT FOR A TICKET
1. Click the Equipment button at the bottom of the screen. It will show the list of the existing equipment for a particular ticket.
ADD NEW EQUIPMENT
1. Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner to add new equipment.
2. You can add specific information about the following.
Condition of equipment
Installation Date & Warranty Expiration Date (could be useful for follow-up appointments or selling new Service Agreements with customer).
3. Click "Done" to add the new equipment.
1. Click on the equipment once for the details to pop-up.
2. You can add/select the specific installation date and once done move to Expiration Date .
3. Click on the Warranty Expiration Date to select the expiry date.
4. Once selected, click on “Done” to save the details on the equipment.
