To see all the Recommendations on the ticket, click on the “Recommendations” tab. Below are the types of items that will show up:


  • Line items that have been not approved in the past:
  • Equipment without Service agreements:
  • Equipment with Service agreements that are going too expire in the next 6 months:
  • Equipment with status needs to be replaced:
