To look at the service history of the customer, click on the green “History” button which will give you a list of all visits at the customer's work site:






Once the “History” button is clicked, it will be directed to this screen which gives the tickets history (list of tickets) of the customer. 






Click on any of the ticket # to give the details of that job card. You can view any Notes, Pictures, Reminders, Invoices, Estimates and more.
